My client is a leading M&E Contractor who are currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee a mixed-use programme in Oxford, covering both residential and commercial sites. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor delivering high-quality mechanical packages across multiple phases.

Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting to and working closely with the Senior Project Manager and Operations Team.

• Managing the mechanical delivery across mixed residential and commercial schemes.

• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners.

• Overseeing mechanical installation, commissioning, and quality assurance.

• Managing project timelines, budgets, and cost control measures.

• Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.

• Chairing progress meetings and producing regular project reports.

• Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health & safety and company standards.

Mechanical Project Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within M&E contracting.

• Experience working on mixed-use, residential, or commercial projects.

• Strong technical understanding of mechanical building services.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across varying site environments.

• Relevant mechanical qualifications or trade background preferred.
