​We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team on a large-scale residential project. The role involves installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems across new-build residential blocks and associated communal areas.

You’ll be working as part of a skilled electrical team, ensuring all work meets current regulations and project standards.

Electrician Key Responsibilities

• Install and terminate wiring systems, containment, lighting, and power in residential developments

• Carry out testing, inspection, and certification of electrical installations

• Work at height using powered access equipment (IPAF certification required)

• Liaise with site supervisors and project managers to deliver work on schedule

• Ensure compliance with BS7671 and site safety procedures

• Maintain accurate records and report progress to site management

Electrician Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

• ECS / JIB Gold Card (preferred)

• IPAF certification (essential)

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• Proven experience on residential or multi-unit housing projects

• Strong understanding of site safety and quality standards
