​Job Title: Fit-Out Site Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-quality internal fit-out project in Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to programme, H&S standards, quality benchmarks, and client expectations. This is a key role for an organised, proactive Site Manager with strong leadership skills and a proven track record delivering fast-paced fit-out schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site fit-out activities from pre-start through to handover

• Manage subcontractors and trades to ensure works are delivered on time and to specification

• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure full compliance with site H&S regulations

• Monitor progress against programme, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions

• Carry out quality assurance checks, snagging, and ensure excellent workmanship throughout

• Attend site meetings, maintain accurate site records, and report regularly to the Project Manager

• Ensure strong communication with clients, design teams, and suppliers

• Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and material management

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Site Manager within the commercial, residential or office fit-out sectors

• Strong understanding of interior fit-out sequencing and construction methods

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid required

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and manage multiple trades concurrently

• Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and site compliance procedures
