​My client are a regional civil engineering business. Due to an increase in their order book they are looking to onboard a foreman to help deliver an earthworks and civil infrastructure scheme being delivered in Perth. The scope of works you will be overseeing will include bulk earthworks, drainage and roads.

Foreman responsibilities: 

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.

• Managing plant, labour and materials.

• Site supervision.

• Record keeping. 

• Tool box talks. 

• Plant and machinery inspections.

• Liaising with the client and key stakeholders.

Foreman requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• CSCS Card. 

• SSSTS/ SMSTS.

• First aid. 

• Previous experience with bulk earthworks and highways.

• Full UK driving licence.
