​My client are a civil engineering and construction contractor. They are looking to onboard a foreman to help deliver a new scheme in Barton Upon Humber starting in January. The scope of works being delivered will include bulk earthworks and heavy civils. 

Foreman responsibilities: 

• Working alongside and reporting to the site manager.

• Managing plant, labour and materials.

• Tool box talks. 

• Record keeping.

• Managing health and safety. 

• Supervision of subcontractors on site. 

• RAMS.

• Liaising with the client, key stakeholders and local authorities.

Foreman requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

• CSCS card - Gold/ Black.

• SMSTS/ SSSTS.

• First aid. 

• Previous experience with bulk earthworks and heavy civils.

• Full UK driving licence.
