​My client are a specialist civil engineering contractor. They are looking to on-board a hands on foreman to assist in the delivery of a new civils and public realm package in North East Lincolnshire. The scope of works you will be overseeing will include earthworks, 278 works, landscaping and groundwork. 

Foreman responsibilities: 

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.

• Managing subcontractors. 

• Site supervision. 

• Tool box talks.

• Managing health and safety compliance. 

• Putting labour to work. 

• Liaising with the client, subcontractors and local authorities.

Foreman requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent. 

• CSCS card - Gold or Black.

• SSSTS/ SMSTS.

• First aid. 

• Full UK driving licence.

• Experience with earthworks, groundworks or landscaping.
