My client are a civil engineering specialist. They are looking to onboard a general foreman to help deliver a civils project being delivered in Leicestershire. My client operate heavily across the Midlands and surrounding counties. 

General foreman responsibilities: 

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.

• Managing plant, labour and materials. 

• Managing health and safety compliance. 

• Record keeping. 

• Task briefings.

• Liaising with the client and subcontractors on site. 

• Checking works are completed in accordance to drawings, specification and QA standards.

General foreman requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent. 

• CSCS Card.

• SMSTS/ SSSTS.

• First aid.

• Previous experience with civils, drainage, RC work.

• IT literate.

• Full UK driving licence.
