​My client are a leading contractor within the RC/GW sector. They operate heavily across London and surrounding counties delivering build packages within the Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors. They are looking to onboard a very able groundworks foreman to help deliver an ongoing project in Royston. 

Foreman responsibilities: 

• Working alongside and reporting to the works manager.

• Managing plant, labour and materials. 

• Tool box talks.

• Supervision of on-site operations.

• Record keeping.

• Managing health and safety.

• Liaising with the client and subcontractors. 

Foreman requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent. 

• CSCS card.

• SSSTS/ SMSTS.

• First aid

• Previous experience in a foreman role.

• Previous experience managing groundworks packages 

• Full UK driving licence.
