​My client is a leading groundworks and civil engineering contractor who are in need of a groundworks foreman for a new scheme they have starting up Monday in Windsor.

Foreman Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries 

• Quality Assurance.

• Liaising with client

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Project progress reports

• Toolbox talks

Foreman Requirements:

• CSCS card.

• SSSTS/SMSTS

• First Aid

• Highly experienced groundworks, drainage, roads and externals.

• 5+ years management experience.

• Full UK Driving License
