The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Groundworks Supervisor / Foreman for ongoing work in Waterlooville. This is a hands-on role, working on site while supervising groundworks teams for a reputable contractor.

Ideal for someone who enjoys being on the tools as well as leading a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on the tools while supervising groundworks operatives

• Coordinating daily site activities and labour

• Ensuring work is completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard

• Overseeing groundworks tasks including drainage, foundations, concrete works, and externals

• Maintaining health & safety standards on site

• Liaising with Site Management and subcontractors

• Completing basic site paperwork

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Working Groundworks Supervisor / Foreman

• Strong groundworks background

• SSSTS or SMSTS

• CSCS Card

• First Aid (preferred)

• Ability to lead a team and work hands-on

• Reliable and committed to ongoing work
