​I’m currently working with a leading civil engineering contractor seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to support a portfolio of ongoing civils schemes across the Inverness and Scotland region.

We will consider Perm candidates, temp to perm and freelance candidates. 

Key Details:

• Location:Based in Inverness with travel to multiple project sites as required

• Employment: Temp-to-perm or permanent (freelancers also considered)

• Start: ASAP for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site health & safety support across multiple civil engineering projects

• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments

• Ensure CDM Regulations and internal H&S policies are adhered to

• Assist in incident investigations and promote a proactive safety culture

Requirements:

• Minimum NEBOSH Construction Certificate

• 3–5 years' experience as an H&S Advisor within civil engineering environments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to travel between sites

• Full UK driving licence
