​About the Role

We are seeking an experienced M&E Manager with a strong background in both mechanical and electrical systems within commercial environments. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery, coordination, and management of all M&E activities across our projects, ensuring high-quality standards, compliance, and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage M&E services across multiple commercial projects from conception to completion.

• Oversee mechanical and electrical design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance works.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building regulations, and health & safety requirements.

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

• Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.

• Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance as required.

• Identify and manage risks, providing solutions to technical issues.

• Prepare progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as an M&E Manager or similar role within thecommercial sector.

• Strong technical knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems.

• Experience managing large-scale commercial projects (e.g., offices, retail, hospitality, industrial).

• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (HNC/HND/Degree desirable).

• Excellent understanding of building regulations, compliance, and health & safety standards.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

• Ability to interpret complex technical documentation and resolve technical challenges.

• Strong financial and contract management skills.
