We are seeking a highly experienced M&E Project Manager (with an Electrical Bias) to lead the delivery of mechanical and electrical works on a prestigious high-end residential development in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in managing luxury residential builds and fit-outs. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the full M&E package, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met on time and within budget.

M&E Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full M&E scope, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems, including power, lighting, home automation, AV, security, and fire systems.

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural engineers, and specialist subcontractors.

• Oversee project planning, procurement, and execution of M&E services to ensure alignment with design intent and client expectations.

• Drive project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance across M&E workstreams.

• Lead regular M&E coordination meetings and progress reporting.

• Ensure all works comply with building regulations, safety standards, and best practices.

• Resolve on-site issues swiftly and effectively, maintaining seamless communication across all parties.

M&E Project Manager Requirements:

• Black CSCS card

• SMSTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E project management, with a strongelectrical engineering background.

• Demonstrable experience onluxury residentialorprime real estateprojects in the UK.

• Strong knowledge of modern electrical systems, including smart home technologies and energy-efficient designs.

• Excellent project management, coordination, and leadership skills.

• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing subcontractor packages.
