​We are seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager (Electrical Bias) to join our team on a commercial construction project. This is a key site-based role responsible for overseeing the mechanical and electrical installation works, with a strong focus on electrical packages.

You will be responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all M&E activities on site, with particular oversight of electrical installations

• Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and programme

• Chair site coordination meetings and liaise with the main contractor, consultants, and client representatives

• Monitor progress against programme and report regularly to the Project Manager

• Ensure all works are delivered in line with H&S regulations and company procedures

• Oversee commissioning and handover processes

• Manage quality control, inspections, and snagging

• Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting via R DRIVE

Electrical Manager Requirements

• Black ECS

• SMSTS

• Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager on commercial projects

• Strong electrical background (trade or engineering qualification preferred)

• Demonstrable experience managing subcontractors and site teams

• Confident and competent using R DRIVE for documentation, reporting, and project tracking

• Strong understanding of H&S regulations and site compliance requirements

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to drive programme and resolve site issues proactively
