We're partnering with a rapidly expanding M&E contractor with a solid pipeline of work across commercial, residential, and industrial projects. They’re now looking to establisha dedicated Mechanical Division—and they need a proven leader to build and lead itfrom the ground up.

As the Head of Mechanical Contracts, you’ll report directly to the board and take full ownership of:

• Building and managing a new mechanical division

• Overseeing the delivery of mechanical contracts from tender to completion

• Leading recruitment and team development

• Ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction

• Playing a strategic role in scaling the mechanical side of the business

 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager in the building services or M&E sector

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems across various sectors

• Confident leading multiple projects and managing site teams/sub-contractors

• Commercial awareness and ability to influence business growth
