The role offers the opportunity to take the lead on the mechanical delivery of a flagship scheme, ensuring high-quality installation and smooth project execution from pre-construction through to final handover.

The Company:

Their commitment to safety, innovation, and client satisfaction has earned them long-standing partnerships and consistent repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all mechanical aspects of the project, including HVAC, plumbing, heating, and controls.

  • Manage site-based teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and main contractors.

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and relevant regulations.

  • Lead weekly progress meetings, manage snagging/commissioning processes, and report on key milestones.

  • Uphold site safety standards and company values throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Manager or Project Manager on similar high-end residential or multi-unit schemes.

  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical building services.

  • Excellent leadership, planning, and organisational skills.

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (or working towards).

  • Relevant mechanical qualifications (HNC/HND or trade background).

What’s on Offer:

  • Opportunity to work on a prestigious residential development.

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.

  • A supportive project team and positive working culture.

  • The chance to join a forward-thinking contractor with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects.
