My client is a leading M&E Contractor who are currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a residential scheme in North London. The project involves managing the full mechanical package on a multi-unit housing development from pre-construction through to completion.

Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing the delivery of the mechanical package on a residential development.

• Coordinating site teams, Mechanical Supervisors, and subcontractors.

• Overseeing programme, quality, and health & safety performance.

• Managing design coordination, technical submissions, and procurement.

• Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal commercial teams.

• Managing QA processes, inspections, and handover documentation.

• Identifying and resolving technical and programme issues.

• Attending client, design, and progress meetings.

Mechanical Project Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering mechanical packages on residential schemes.

• Background working for an M&E or Mechanical Contractor.

• Mechanical trade or engineering qualification.

• SMSTS or equivalent.

• Strong technical knowledge of residential building services.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
