Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a top-tier main contractor on a brand-new, high-value new-build school scheme commencing in early 2026. This flagship project will run well into 2027, offering long-term stability, strong career progression, and the chance to lead a landmark development in South West London.

The Role:
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a ground-up new build education facility. You will lead the project team from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring programme, budget, safety, and quality standards are all achieved to the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of the new-build construction programme

• Lead, motivate, and manage site teams and subcontractors

• Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance

• Manage client liaison, reporting, and progress meetings

• Ensure programme and cost targets are met

• Coordinate with design, commercial, and technical teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on new-build projects (£10m+)

• Strong background in main contracting

• Experience in education or public-sector schemes advantageous

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Ability to start in January 2026 (interviews happening now)
