​Roofing Contracts Manager – Barry, South Wales

Salary:£40,000 – £55,000 (DOE) + Company Vehicle + Bonus Scheme
Hours:Full-time, Permanent
Location:Barry (with travel across South Wales)

Are you an experienced roofing professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a proactive and organised Roofing Contracts Manager to join our growing team based in Barry.

As a key member of our management team, you’ll oversee multiple roofing projects—ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate multiple roofing contracts from tender to completion.

• Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and surveyors to maintain excellent working relationships.

• Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments.

• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.

About You:

• Proven experience in a contracts or project management role within the roofing or construction industry.

• Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems (pitched, flat, and/or industrial).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Relevant construction qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, NVQ, or equivalent) are desirable.
