​We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Engineer to lead a drainage, and road infrastructure project based in Cobham

 The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in civil engineering with proven experience managing subcontractors and experience in drainage and highways /civils projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of earthworks, drainage, and road construction schemes.

• Manage and supervise site activities ensuring compliance with specifications, health and safety standards, and environmental regulations.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control.

• Prepare and review technical reports, method statements, and project documentation.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff.

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive experience in earthworks, drainage, and road construction engineering.

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, standards, and best practices.

• Proven leadership and project management skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., Chartered Engineer status or working towards).

• CSCS or equivalent site safety certification.
