​We are recruiting an experienced Senior Site Agent for a major tunnel and shafts project in Harlech. This is a long-term contract role for a capable civil engineering professional who can manage site delivery, oversee teams, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily site operations for tunnel and shaft construction

• Manage site teams, subcontractors and site resources

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality procedures

• Oversee planning, permits, RAMS and progress reporting

• Coordinate with clients, designers and project managers

• Maintain programme, drive productivity and monitor site performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Agent on civil engineering projects

• Experience with tunnelling or shaft works is preferred

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

• Available for an immediate start
