RTL Group is seeking a permanent Senior Site Engineer to oversee a civil engineering project on behalf of our Tier 1 main contractor client. You will be responsible for managing the civils package of works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site engineering activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry standards.

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants to facilitate smooth project execution.

• Oversee site surveys, setting out, and quality control processes.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Monitor construction progress and implement corrective measures as needed.

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff.

• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Maintain accurate site records and prepare regular progress reports.

• Liaise with stakeholders, addressing any technical issues or concerns.

• Assist in the planning and efficient organization of site resources.​

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Engineer on civil engineering projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and engineering principles.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and leadership skill
