​Our client, is a leading civil engineering main contractor, and is seeking aFreelanceSite Agent to manage the delivery of a complex infrastructure and civils package on water scheme in Oldham, this project is running for 8 months. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities and coordinate subcontractors

• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to spec

• Drive progress in line with programme and reporting requirements

• Manage site documentation, HSEQ compliance, and RAMS

• Liaise with design, commercial, and planning teams

• Support snagging, QA, and client handover stages

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Agent on civils or infrastructure projects

• Strong knowledge of managing civil engineering projects ranaging from £3 million to £20 million. 

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified

• Confident communicator and strong leadership on site

• Able to start immediately or at short notice
