​You will be responsible for managing daily site activities, supervising teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe delivery, and maintaining quality and programme across a technically demanding reinforced concrete scheme.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on RC structures works

• Manage site teams, subcontractors and material coordination

• Produce, review and approve RAMS, permits and daily reports

• Ensure full compliance with CDM and HSEQ requirements

• Liaise with the Project Manager, engineers and stakeholders

• Maintain programme, quality standards and cost control

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Agent on RC frame or RC structures projects

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First Aid

• Experience managing complex RC works

• Ability to start immediately

• Eligible to operate on a CIS or Ltd basis (Outside IR35)

• £480–£530 per day
