​The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a major 278 highways scheme in Corby. The project includes road realignment, drainage, kerbs, earthworks and associated civils. You will be responsible for all engineering functions on-site, ensuring work is delivered safely, accurately and on programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting out for highways and 278 works

• Managing QA, as-built documentation and site records

• Supporting site management with technical input

• Liaising with subcontractors and ensuring work meets spec

• Checking drawings, resolving technical queries

• Ensuring compliance with all health & safety requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering 278 works/ highways

• Competent with Total Station / GPS / AutoCAD

• Strong understanding of civils, drainage and road construction

• CSCS card (essential)

• Ability to start quickly
