​We are currently recruiting a site engineer for a water treatment project. this is a great opportunity to work on a technically challenging scheme within the water sector.

Key responsibilities
• Setting out for pipework, groundworks and associated civil engineering works
• Overseeing day-to-day site activities and ensuring works are delivered to specification
• Completing QA/QC documentation including ITPS, inspections and records
• Ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and industry standards
• Mentoring and supporting junior engineers and trainees on site
• Liaising with the project manager, design team and subcontractors
• Promoting health, safety and environmental standards at all times

Requirements
• Previous experience as a site engineer on water or civil engineering projects
• Strong setting-out experience on pipework and groundworks
• Good understanding of QA/QC processes in a regulated environment
• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
• Valid EUSR blue card (essential)
• CSCS card
• Strong communication and organisational skills
