​We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a wastewater treatment plant project in Aylesbury, working with a leading civil engineering contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a major infrastructure scheme within a regulated water environment.

Site Engineer Role & Responsibilities:

• Setting out works in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme

• Supporting the delivery of civil engineering works on a live wastewater treatment plant

• Working closely with the Site Agent and Project Manager to ensure smooth project delivery

• Managing QA documentation, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and as-built records

• Coordinating subcontractors and monitoring progress on site

• Carrying out site inspections and ensuring works meet required quality standards

• Assisting with surveys and resolving technical issues

• Ensuring all works are delivered safely and in line with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards

Site Engineer Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Site Engineer on civil engineering projects

• Experience on wastewater treatment, sewage treatment, or utilities schemes essential

• Strong setting out and surveying skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Valid CSCS card

• Good communication and organisational skills

• EUSR Water Hygiene desirable
