​We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a major Tunnelling & RC Shafts scheme based in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a key role in setting out, quality assurance, and technical delivery on a challenging and high-profile infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting out for tunnelling, deep excavation, and reinforced concrete works.

• Overseeing site activities to ensure compliance with design and health & safety standards.

• Liaising with the project team, subcontractors, and client representatives.

• Managing QA documentation, ITPs, and as-built records.

• Supporting the Site Manager and Project Engineer with technical queries and daily coordination.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer on tunnelling, shaft, or major civils projects.

• Strong background in RC structures and deep excavation.

• Proficient in the use of surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD).

• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.

• Valid CSCS card.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
