​We’re recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major Highways & Earthworks scheme in Congleton. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved with a fast-paced, high-value infrastructure project delivering key roadworks, bulk earthworks, drainage, and associated civils packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting out for earthworks, drainage, road construction, and associated structures.

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring work is completed to the required quality, safety, and technical standards.

• Managing QA documentation, ITPs, and as-built records.

• Liaising with Site Management, Subcontractors, and Design teams.

• Supporting the delivery team in achieving programme and budget targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer on Highways and/or Earthworks projects.

• Strong setting-out and QA background using Total Station and GPS equipment.

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.

• CSCS card (essential).

• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
