​Site Manager required – Oxford | Hotel extension project | Start immediately

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading contractor on a hotel extension project in Oxford. This is an immediate start with 12 months of continuous work for the right candidate.

Role Overview:
You will take day-to-day responsibility for managing the delivery of a high-profile hotel extension, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme. The project is being delivered in a live hotel environment, so experience operating in occupied or sensitive settings is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing daily site operations

• Liaising continuously with the client and maintaining strong working relationships

• Carrying out site inductions and ensuring all staff and subcontractors are compliant

• Preparing and issuing Friday packs

• Following and monitoring the construction programme

• Managing health & safety across the site, ensuring full compliance at all times

Requirements:

• Proven background working for a main contractor

• Strong experience on hotel projects or other live-environment builds

• Excellent site management, coordination, and communication skills

• Ability to maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance

• Available for immediate start

• Weekend work available (optional)
