​My client are a national civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help manage and deliver a project for a valued client in Norfolk. My client operate nationwide across multiple sectors including energy, infrastructure, marine and civils.

Site manager responsibilities: 

• Day to day site management.

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.

• Detailed record keeping.

• Reviewing ITPs.

• Liaising with the client, subcontractors and key stake-holders.

• Managing subcontractors. 

• Managing health and safety. 

• Reviewing RAMS.

Site manager requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• Degree in civil engineering or construction management. 

• CSCS card - Gold or Black.

• SMSTS.

• First aid. 

• TWC/ TWS.

• Previous experience in a site managers role. 

• Previous experience within heavy civils.

• IT literate. 

• Full UK driving licence.
