​We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start on a Waste Transfer Centre project in Mersham. This is a 3-month contract with a competitive day rate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of site operations

• Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

• Managing subcontractors and site workforce

• Coordinating deliveries and site activities

• Liaising with project management and clients

• Maintaining site records and paperwork

Requirements:

• First Aid at Work

• Black CSCS or Gold CSCS Card

• Proven experience as a Site Manager (ideally within waste, civils, or industrial projects)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to start immediately

What’s on Offer:

• £250 – £320 per day, depending on experience
