​My client are a leading civil engineering contractor who operate across the UK. Due to an increase in their order book they are looking to hire a Site Manager for heavy civils scheme in the Shetland Islands. 

Site Manager Requirements: 

• Overseeing all construction activity on site. 

• Managing a team of 4 site engineers. 

• Health & Safety. 

• Weekly meetings with client. 

• Toolbox talks. 

Site Manager Requirements: 

• Gold or Black CSCS.

• SMSTS. 

• First aid three day course. 

• Must have 5+ years experience on heavy civils schemes as a site manager or agent.
