​My client are a regional civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver a new civil project being delivered in the West Midlands/ Warwickshire. My client operate across the water, renewable and transport sectors. The scope of works you will be responsible for overseeing will include groundworks, ducting, drainage and reinforced concrete works.

Site manager responsibilities: 

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.

• Managing plant, labour and materials. 

• Site supervision.

• RAMS.

• Managing health and safety.

• Ordering and checking materials.

• Attending progress meetings. 

• Liaising with the client. 

Site manager requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent. 

• CSCS card.

• SMSTS.

• First aid.

• Previous experience with RC, ducting and groundworks.

• Full UK driving licence.

• IT literate.

• Proven experience in a site managers role.
