​Site Manager – Long-Term Project – Glasgow

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a long-term, high-profile construction scheme based in Glasgow, with an immediate start available.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major project at an early stage, overseeing a complex programme of works including:

• Groundworks & deep drainage

• Pre-cast concrete installation

• Reinforced concrete (RC) structures

• Associated civils and infrastructure works

The Role:

• Day-to-day site management and coordination of subcontractors

• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards

• Managing site teams and maintaining programme targets

• Liaising with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams

• Driving H&S compliance and maintaining site documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing large-scale groundworks and RC packages

• Strong background in heavy civils or structural concrete projects

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid essential

• Excellent leadership and organisational skills

• Ability to start ASAP
