​Site Manager – Civils / Groundworks / RC / Basements
Location: Carlisle (with further work across the North East – Newcastle & surrounding areas)
Start: Immediate
Duration: Long-term with further work available

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a long-term project in Carlisle, with an immediate start available. Further work is secured across the North East, including Newcastle and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civils, groundworks, reinforced concrete (RC), and basement works, and be confident managing sites from start through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day site management and coordination of subcontractors

• Managing civils, groundworks, RC and basement packages

• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification

• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control

• Liaising with clients, engineers, and project teams

• Keeping site records, progress reports and programmes up to date

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within civils/groundworks environments

• Strong knowledge of RC structures and basement construction

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold preferred), First Aid

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple trades and meet programme deadlines
