​My client are an earthworks and civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard multiple site supervisors for bulk earthworks and remediation contracts across Essex. My client operate across multiple sectors including infrastructure, industrial/ commercial and transport. 

Site supervisor responsibilities: 

• Site supervision.

• Managing plant, labour and materials. 

• Site inductions.

• Managing health and safety. 

• Reporting to the project manager.

• RAMS.

• Liaising with the main contractor, key stakeholders and subcontractors. 

Site supervisor requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

• SSSTS/ SMSTS.

• First aid.

• Extensive knowledge and experience with bulk earthworks and muck shifting.

• IT literate.

• Full UK driving licence.
