​My client are a South Eastern based civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site supervisor for an ongoing project being delivered in Hertfordshire. My client operate heavily across the water and utilities sector. The scope of works you will be responsible for overseeing will include deep drainage, ducting, reinforced concrete works and groundworks.

Supervisor responsibilities: 

• Site supervision.

• Tool box talks.

• Task briefings.

• Plant and machinery checks. 

• Record keeping. 

• Putting labour to work.

• Reporting to the site manager.

• Managing health and safety compliance. 

Supervisor requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• CSCS card.

• SSSTS.

• First aid. 

• Thames water passport. 

• EUSR 1&2 - Desirable.
