​My client are a regional civil engineering business. They are looking to onboard a site supervisor to help deliver a public realm and civil scheme. The scope of works you will be responsible for managing will include 278 works, buried services, kerbs, drainage and paving. 

Site supervisor responsibilities: 

• Site supervision.

• Daily briefings.

• Record keeping.

• Managing health and safety.

• Putting labour to work.

• Reporting to the project manager. 

• Liaising with the client, local authorities and subcontractors.

Site supervisor requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent. 

• CSCS.

• SSSTS/ SMSTS.

• First aid. 

• Previous experience with civil, public realm works or landscaping.

• Full UK driving licence.
