​My client are a regional civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site supervisor to assist in the delivery of an on-going project in Berkshire. My client operate across the highway, infrastructure and water sectors. The scope of works you will be responsible for supervising will include RC works, drainage and civils.

Site supervisor responsibilities: 

• Site supervision.

• Working alongside and supporting the foreman.

• Managing health and safety compliance. 

• Tool box talks. 

• Managing and overseeing a gang.

• Liaising with the client, subcontractors and local authorities.

Site supervisor requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent. 

• CSCS card. 

• SSSTS.

• First aid. 

• Previous experience working within the water sector. 

• Full UK driving licence.
