​My client are a national civil engineering specialist who are looking to onboard a Working supervisor/foreman to help deliver a highways/heavy civils scheme in Birmingham. My client operate across multiple sectors including highways & infrastructure. 

Working Supervisor / Foreman Responsibilities: 

• Working closely alongside and reporting to the site manager. 

• Site supervision.

• Tool box talk and task briefings.

• Record keeping.

• Managing health and safety standards.

• Review and interpret drawings.

• Liaise with client, subcontractors and key stakeholders.

Working Supervisor / Foreman Requirements: 

• CSCS - Gold/ Black.

• SSSTS 

• First aid. 

• Experience as a supervisor on highways/roads scheme. 

• Full UK driving licence.
