​We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Electrical Manager to oversee the electrical works on a high-end residential construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential electrical systems, project management, and team leadership.

Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all electrical aspects of the residential project from start to finish.

• Supervise and coordinate on-site electrical teams and subcontractors.

• Ensure all installations comply with local regulations and safety standards.

• Review and interpret electrical drawings and plans.

• Monitor project timelines, quality, and budget adherence.

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other trades.

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Electrical Manager Requirements:

• Gold ECS 

• SMSTS

• Proven experience managing residential electrical installations.

• Strong knowledge of local building codes and electrical safety standards.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
