​We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor on a major residential development in Central London. This is a freelance position with a 16-month duration, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-end residential environments.

About the Role:
The successful Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the electrical package on a large-scale residential project, working closely with the site and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and health & safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of electrical installation on-site

• Coordination with other trades and subcontractors

• Managing site labour and ensuring productivity

• Liaising with the client, main contractor, and consultants

• Ensuring HSEQ policies are enforced at all stages of the project

• Reporting progress to senior management

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience as an Electrical Project Manager, ideally with long tenure at previous companies (no jumpy CVs)

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification – essential

• Proven track record delivering residential projects for Tier 1 or leading M&E contractors

• Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
