​We’re seeking an experienced Electrical QA Manager to join our team on a large-scale residential-commercial (mixed-use)development. This is a critical role focused on quality assurance, compliance, and ensuring all electrical works meet project standards, regulations, and timelines.

QA Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the electrical QA/QC plan for the project

• Conduct inspections and audits of electrical installations

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and project specs

• Work closely with project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors

• Review and maintain documentation, test results, and as-built drawings

• Identify and manage non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions

• Report regularly on QA performance to senior management

QA Manager Requirements:

• Gold ECS card

• Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical QA/QC, ideally in mixed-use projects

• Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g. BS 7671, IEC, or NEC)

• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills

• Strong leadership and communication abilities
