​We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a commercial retrofit project. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can effectively manage crews, schedules, and quality standards.

Project Details

• Commercial retrofit project

• Site hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

• Evening/night shift availability required

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on-site

• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to code

• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications

• Coordinate with project management, inspectors, and other trades

• Enforce safety policies and jobsite procedures

• Track daily progress and report issues as needed

• Maintain productivity and quality control

Electrical Supervisor Qualifications

• Gold ECS 

• SSSTS

• Proven experience supervising commercial electrical projects

• Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work evening/night shifts consistently
