​Electrical Supervisor 

We deliver projects ranging from office fit-outs and retail refurbishments to large-scale industrial upgrades. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day electrical operations on commercial projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You will manage electricians and subcontractors on-site, coordinate with project managers, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation teams on commercial sites.

• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with BS7671 and company procedures.

• Liaise with clients, site managers, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure all health & safety standards are met.

• Carry out quality inspections and testing of completed installations.

• Manage materials, resources, and site documentation efficiently.

• Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.

• ECS / JIB Gold Card (Supervisor or Electrician).

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

• Inspection & Testing (2391 or equivalent) preferred.

• Proven experience supervising electrical works in a commercial environment.

• Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance standards.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Full UK driving licence.
