​My client are a construction and civil engineering specialist. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver and oversee multiple sites across Cumbria. My client deliver projects across the water, infrastructure and build sectors. 

Site manager responsibilities: 

• Day to day running of site operations.

• Working alongside and reporting to the project and contracts manager. 

• Material procurement. 

• Record keeping. 

• Daily briefings. 

• Managing plant, labour and materials. 

• Liaising with the client, subcontractors and key-stakeholders. 

• Ensuring works are being completed in accordance to RAMS, specification and project program.

• RAMS. 

• Look ahead programs.

Site manager requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent in civil engineering or construction management. 

• SMSTS.

• First aid. 

• TWS/ TWC - Desirable. 

• Previous experience within the water sector. 

• Full UK driving licence.
