Electrical Working Supervisor - 

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Working Supervisor to join our team on a commercial project, which may include fit outs, shell & core, office blocks, retail units, or mixed-use developments. This is a freelance position, ideal for a hands-on supervisor who can manage site-based electrical works while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and work alongside electricians and electrical subcontractors on site

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and design documents

• Ensure installations meet industry standards and project requirements

• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of works in progress

• Coordinate with site managers, other trade supervisors, and project management

• Promote and enforce Health & Safety compliance, including RAMS, PPE, and safe systems of work

• Review and verify test & inspection certification and commissioning documentation

• Monitor progress against programme, report delays or risks, and escalate as necessary

• Support snagging, defect resolution, and preparation of handover documentation

• Maintain accurate daily/weekly records including reports, timesheets, and material usage

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial or industrial projects

• Strong understanding of site management and electrical installation standards

• ECS Gold Card (Essential)

• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Ability to lead by example and remain hands-on when needed
