​Mechanical Project Manager 

We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical project manager to join a well-established M&E contractor delivering high-value commercial projects across the UK. This role will suit someone experienced in managing projects from pre-construction through to final handover.

Role & Responsibilities
As the Mechanical project manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of mechanical packages on site. This includes programme management, cost control, subcontractor management, and coordination with clients, consultants, and main contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Project Experience
The Mechanical project manager will be working across a range of commercial developments, including large office and mixed-use schemes. Proven experience delivering shell and core mechanical projects is essential, with a strong understanding of how services integrate throughout the build lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements
You will be an experienced Mechanical project manager with a solid background in commercial construction. Strong technical knowledge of building services, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders are key to succeeding in this role.

Qualifications
• CSCS Black Card (preferred)
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Relevant mechanical or building services qualification
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and project delivery procedures
