​Mechanical Site Manager - London 

Overview
We are currently recruiting for a mechanical site manager to join a well-established M&E contractor delivering high-value commercial projects across the UK. This is a site-based role with a strong focus on quality, safety, and programme delivery.

Role & Responsibilities
As the mechanical site manager, you will take full responsibility for managing mechanical works on live construction sites. Duties include coordinating labour and subcontractors, managing materials and plant, enforcing health & safety standards, and ensuring works are delivered to programme and specification.

Project Experience
The mechanical site manager will be working primarily on commercial developments, including large-scale office and mixed-use schemes. Proven experience delivering shell and core mechanical installations is essential, with the ability to manage interfaces through to later construction stages.

Candidate Requirements
You will be a mechanical site manager with a strong background in commercial construction projects. You should have solid technical knowledge of building services systems, be confident leading site teams, and have experience working closely with main contractors and project managers.

Qualifications
• CSCS Black Card (mandatory)
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Relevant mechanical or building services qualification
• Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures
